The car park facilities provides an exclusive service for customers with upper body mobility limitations which permits patrons to access the car park without pulling a ticket, vehicle information is recorded via speaker and phone and remote camera and parking charges are calculated upon exiting the parking lot.

The integrated system, when fully deployed, will offer the parking patron the ability to quickly determine which facility has available spaces through the use of the Count Display Signs, utilize their SunPass Toll Road AVI tag as a means of making automated parking payment. Variable Message Signs are deployed to provide the parking patron with lane usage advisory. The LPI / LPR component of the system will provide an on-line look-up of actual parking stays. The system monitors 80 + CCTV cameras for viewing cashiers, traffic, equipment and overall operations. A full fiber-optic infrastructure is deployed to provide the network required to operate and manage the system. The capacity of all of the parking facilities is over 18,000 spaces. Direct access to all terminals, valet parking, and remote shuttle parking lots is achieved through airport provided operations. |
