Fee Computer XR - FCX

The ZEAG Fee Computer^XR uses either a Point-Of-Sale Touch Screen terminal or a Windows PC as a platform to provide a simple to use and highly intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the car park cashier. The GUI has been optimised for both touch screen and keyboard navigation. The ZEAG Fee Computer^XR has been designed for either Pay-at-Exit applications where, as well as taking payments, it controls a parking barrier or central payment. The design of the ZEAG Fee Computer^XR includes local reporting, local configuration and easy tariff set-up, important for these applications, while maintaining the ability to include ZEAG Fee Computer^XR into small and large integrated parking solutions. The ZEAG Fee Computer^XR works fully autonomously, or as part of a Zeag system network.

Functional Design
The ZEAG Fee Computer^XR uses an industry standard Point-Of-Sale Touch Screen terminal and retail proven peripherals which gives a "tried and tested" robust hardware platform. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) has been designed to be simple to use allowing the operator to be able to minimise the transaction time and ensure the highest transaction through-put. Alternatively, you simply get the most out of your workspace by installing the ZEAG Fee Computer^XR software on a Windows PC (minimum specification requirement) that can also be used for conventional programs e.g. Microsoft Office applications (limited peripheral options available).

Desktop UCD write/read Unit
Zeag has specifically designed, engineered and developed the Universal Card Handling Device (UCD) for parking applications. It guarantees fast and smooth processing of all magnetic stripe mediums, from paper tickets to any ISO coded media using a single insertion slot. Advanced thermal printing technology is used for clear text printing. The optimal design and small number of mechanical parts contribute to performance reliability and minimal maintenance requirements.

Payment Security
The ZEAG Fee Computer^XR is able to produce local reports when working in a small car park as a stand-alone terminal. When connected to ZMS the ZEAG Fee Computer^XR is able to take advantage fo the industries premier reporting package so the car park facility operator can track and account for every transaction. In addition, the terminal is fully compliant with credit and debit card payment protection scheme requirements. Your money is safe with ZEAG Fee Computer^XR and the software that it uses.
